The store supervisor Lanette was rude and provided horrible customer service and should be fired. My family and I where appalled by her lack of respect and customer service. I will not be returning.
Very nice people. Seemed happy to help me find shoes for my grand-daughter. Made us laugh. Was very enjoyable.

Great customer service
The experience in the store was great. The staff was very helpful and helped me find everything I needed. I'm upset with the quality of the sneakers we recieved. After my son spent over 26 dollars including tax, his sneakers lasted approximately 1 month. Sneakers should not be made so poorly that they don't even last until a child reaches the next size. I expected better quality. We will not be buying products from Payless again.
