This store sucks. Never has what Im looking for. 90% of the time I leave empty handed.
This particular Dick's Sporting Goods did not provide me with one of my better shopping experiences. There were not enough salespersons available on the floor to answer any questions. Consequently, I had to go to the front register simply to ask a question. I did receive adequate information from the front register person. Later, someone did show up on the floor and I was able to flag them down in order to get further assistance. They were helpful.
Great selection of items but couldn't find help that easily. The fishing pole I grabbed didn't have the nut that hold the reel handle on. I did an exchange with no problems.
Great store, friendly staff! A little pricey but good quality. The only place in Chesapeake we could find football cleats.
