Terrible incompetence and lack of professionalism. Purchased my wife's ring from Kay's in Suffolk, the ring order was placed incorrectly resulting in a longer than one month wait and several visits to the store. Then Kay conveniently forgot to put us in for the 0 interest for one year and we are now receiving interest charges every month to the tune of $40.00. You have to pay a certain amount down to qualify for interest free and satisfied the amount and the time restraint but since Kay did not put that in there computer system the credit card company is saying they will not reverse the finance charges. I have now visited Kay's Suffolk location three times hoping for there manager to fix this and was finally just told that I have to call the credit card company because they would not take the finance charges away and she was unable to get it done. You expect people who run a business to be professional, especially when this amount of money is being spent.
