Worst experience ever. Horrible service and unprofessional. First appointment was rescheduled because of the office an hour before the appointment. Rescheduled an appointment only to wait an hour in the lobby. All the staff was rude except for one midwife that was actually cheerful. Not a good environment for a woman and family who wants the best service for such an amazing moment of a family's life. We transferred for this reason to another OBGYN and the office can't even send the paper work over to the new office that actually has a good history.
I would give it zero if I could. My wife was recommended here by a few people when her previous OB retired. During her pregnancy, she had complications that they refused to acknowledge. Never actually met Dr. Wing because he kept changing appointments, where we specifically were told he wanted to see her, to see the NP or midwife instead. Then he refused our request to see Maternal Fetal Medicine for a second opinion. Appointments changed or canceled altogether without notification. No notes on ultrasound reviews. If we would have trusted him, our baby would have ultimately suffered the consequences.
I was recently induced with my first child with Dr. Wing's office. I love love love their midwife, their NP, and the doctor. I had lots of concerns and nerves about induction but when it was time for labor and delivery Dr. Wing and the wonderful nursing staff at Obici took over and I felt like I was in great hands. Being a first time mother I had lots of questions through labor and delivery and the nurses were extremely patient and answered all my questions in detail so I could understand what was happening. You can tell Dr. Wing has lots of experience and I was so laid back that I laughed and joked with the staff the whole time I was pushing and didn't even break a sweat! I went in expecting the worst and was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you Lifetime Women's Health!
An overall great practice!! Had the pleasure of working with all 3 providers in the office and they made our prenatal experience amazing and carefree. Neada is a great midwife and took her time with us at each visit. She was with us even though we had a c-section. Dr. Wing is caring, understanding, reasonable, and truly cares about what the patient wants. He really helped us to have as much control as we could over our birthing experience. There were a few appointments when we had to wait a very long time to be seen, but even with that, we will be using this provider/practice again in the future!!
Dr. Wing and his staff members at Lifetime Women’s Health and Wellness Centers are the best! I started going there for treatment of a very painful condition that I had been dealing with for a long time. Dr. Wing did not rush me through my appointments, he listened to my concerns and came up with a game plan. I can now say that I am pain-free and it's all because of him! If you're looking for a doctor that will take the time to hear you out and treat you professionally please go to Lifetime Women’s Health and Wellness Centers.
