Lovely establishment: Clean and simple. I believe it is Suffolk's ONLY Soul Food Restaurant! This was our first time dining here. Although the wait time was a tad too long, the food was delicious and the vibe was excellent! Great presentation, hot, generous portions, not overly seasoned and definitely worth the wait!

The waitstaff could use additional training on their speed and how to be more attentive to the customers. Other than that, the atmosphere was busy, and lively! I am very proud that we have a soul food restaurant worthy of the name. I feel like this will become a very good place to congregate with good friends, good food and fun! I look forward to many more evenings at Boogie's!

I ordered liver and onions yesterday with mac and cheese and collard greens the liver and onions were fantastic and im not a big liver eater the mac and cheese was great didn't care for the greens because they tasted like they came from a can. Overall it was good

The atmosphere was great good music, not to loud, great space. Wait over a hour today. My potatoes salad tasted store brought. My mac n cheese was too buttery. I am going to go back n try something different. My waitress Brittany was awesome, great attitude.

The food is tasty. But waited over an hr for our food. It was 10 of us and the last person to get their food ordered a hamburger and fries. The owner came out and said we need to be patient and lose the attitude. But mind you no one said anything. No one still said anything even after she said what she said. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Although the server was polite and nice, (they both) needed (more training) to be taught that the 1st thing your guests get are utensils. As cooks, we observed the different smells and tastes our food had. Some was not as hot as you'd like and didn't have the 'home cooked' taste that was expected. The place is nice, but had more of a sports bar feel. Ordinarily, we dine with a group of 7-10 people after church; but we feel this would be a strain on this establishment right now. I wish you luck in the future.
