My husband and I had a horrible moving experience with this company. The packers did not inventory our items while they were boxing our things up. So when they lost 2 of our boxes, we had no idea what was all missing. The men who moved our things out were very nice, hard working, and fast. We had no issues with them. When we received our things and realized items were missing, they could not locate any of it. They just knew our stuff had not left VA. They ended up losing our parts box, which had parts to every item in our house. And a box from our kitchen which had all of our dishes, mugs, measuring cups, and beer/wine glasses. When the problem was reported to the company, we had a very hard time hearing back from them. They were very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend them or trust then with your personal property.
Both crews, the packing and two moving crews were very good and worked so hard. They are all hard workers and were very careful with all of our belongings. I would recommend Hampton Roads Moving & Storage for your next move.
