Waited an hour and a half... Finally had my number called and the man at the desk was rude and would not give any time to do anything, answer his questions, provide documentation etc. Said he was too busy to help and I needed to sit back down and someone else would help me! Perfect example of another government employee not wanting to do their job and being a jerk to everyone they come in contact with!!!!
Called to determine what I needed to do to File & Immediately Suspend since I'm full SS age, still working, and wanted my benefits to continue growing until I needed them--or age 70--and the ability to do this will end on 4/29/2016. SS Official I dealt with had heavy accent, had difficulty understanding what I was asking, and said she knew nothing about this but would check and call me back. Never did.
