I always have issues with this Lowes. I struggle to find help, rarely have anyone offer. Management is the least helpful. This visit did include the paint department which was unusually helpful. The gentleman was also very nice.

I have lived in Suffolk my whole life, I have up and down experiences at this location. But we recent purchased a washer and dryer, and they have well trained and knowledgeable staff working over there. We came in interested in a certain brand and after speaking with them. With their knowledge of the products where we guided to a better brand for roughly the same price.
Three times I ordered online for store pickup and three times either the order has been wrong or they simply weren't aware that a online order had been placed. People at customer service there should all be replaced.
Went into the nursery and remembered I needed small engine oil. Well laid out department. Only game in downtown Suffolk.
