I purchased a $1500 lift chair from there and paid it off over the course of a few months. I made my final payment last week and was told it would be delivered today. I got a phone call while waiting for it to be delivered that they had sold it to someone else and they'd refund my money. I'm 28 years old and going in for a bilateral total hip replacement and needed that chair and now it's too late for me to get another. Not only did they decide at the very last second to tell me they weren't delivering, but they've compromised my healing after surgery. NOT OK!
Great store, the fact that it's local is even better! Everyone was so helpful throughout the whole buying process. We purchased a glider about 3 months ago to use in my daughters nursery. The sales reps were very knowledgeable and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to decide on which model, and on a color! We had to order the glider and we're told 2-3 weeks, but the chair came much quicker than that! (About a week and a half) With a quick phone call, my father was able to pick up with no problems! The glider is perfect! Color is perfect! And is a solid piece of furniture for a good price. (Was a little costly compared to other places, but the quality of this glider was worth the buy.) We will be coming back here when we need our next piece!
