Haven't been here in a long time and it was very busy. There was a long wait for the handicap scooters (goes without saying---am happy they have them---and they have bench at each entrance to sit and wait!)
Aisles are straight and look presentable. Customer service can range between average and great depending on who you're conversing with. Checkout is good depending on how busy the store is. Otherwise. Good location.
Great employees/not fond of management. As a handicapped customer it very hard to get them to understand the importance of the handicapped riding carts. They are not considered priority to anyone that doesn't need them. In bad need of servicing, need to be plugged in and not left out in the parking lot. Yes customers are to blame for the last one but staff needs to follow up. Corporate does not want to address the issue they forward you back to the source to solve the problem. Same old corporate way of doing business...pass the buck.
and a HUGE shout out to the front end staff for their coordination with both doors, the floor staff, and the outside staff for locating scooters on top of their other duties!! The cashier that helped me was great. Didn't talk 100 miles a minute, helped put my groceries in the basket. Talk about feeling respected!
Great prices and select. Wal-Mart brand "Great Value" is as good as the brand name products. It saves me a lot of money. Only slight problem is that some items are not always in stock.
I hate Walmart, especially this one in particular. The fresh vegetables are never fresh. They always have four check out lanes open, even when the store is packed. Shelves are rarely stocked. The deli department is the worst ever... Its like they have zombies working behind the counter. The employees are over worked, and rarely receive breaks. I prefer no stars, but Google does not have that option.
