Great experience, We came from Virginia Beach and it was worth the trip. Bobby was so great. He explained everything about the car. Showed us a couple of cars within our price range. No high pressure sales, he listen to us and what we were looking for. When I called that I would take the car. It was ready to go and it looked great. I have told everyone that if they want a car they need to go to Duman's (ask for Bobby). He even told me about a restaurant in downtown to go to. What salesman at any car dealership would do that. I am so happy with the whole experience, when my daughters are ready to get a car I know where I will take them. Thanks again Booby...
Mike Duman Auto Sales and his company is corrupt. The technicians fixed something on my car that didn’t cause the problem I paid them to fix. After fixing what they THOUGHT was wrong, they told me the actual problem was a recall with Hyundai. (So why am I paying them when you didn’t fix the initial problem). I went to Mike Duman himself and he just handed me to the technicians manager without even listening to the issue. You and your company is trash sir. I’ll never return for even an oil change and regret getting the extended warranty. FRIENDS, followers, and strangers I wouldn’t recommend you buy your car here, and if you do LOOK INTO THE FACTORY WARRANTY. Do not waste your time and money.

Purchased my second vehicle from Jason at Mike Duman's. Great experience as usual, went with a list of certain vehicles that I wanted to look at. He showed them all to me and told me all the good and bad features as my needs in a vehicle were changing. Ended up with a 2015 GMC Terrain, fully loaded and completely love it. Even the little problem with the tags can't taint the happiness with the vehicle. Jason was great as usual as well as father and son Duman and the Office Manager. The girl that handles the license plates in the office leaves a LOT to be desired in customer service. I can't even give her one star. If I leave her out of my experience, it definitely was a 5 star visit!
