I recently chose Davis Lakes for my first RV camping experience. I' m so glad I did. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They had a fish fry and potluck dinner for the campers and I quickly met many other campers that had been coming here for years. The facilities are clean and convenient. The entire campground is well maintained and easily accessible from the main road. You can swim and fish or just relax. I highly recommend Davis Lakes when you want to get away.
Nice place. Accommodating staff. Extra waterplay features not included in campsite price. For best fishing results, fish in the fishing ponds-not in the swimming ponds. We will come back.
My in-laws and some other family have been here several years in a row. My husband, children and myself finally got the time to join them this year. This has been such a fun and peaceful trip! The owners are very nice and accommodating, the bathing houses are very clean, the cabins are FABULOUS and the Camaraderie of the other campers is just awesome! The beach area will keep the kids busy all day with all the fun from water obstacles to canoeing! We stayed in the Cozy Cabin and very cozy it was! Highly recommend this place for a vacation or weekend getaway!
While largely a long-term Campground with built in park models, Davis Lakes still provides good quality short term RV camping. Rest rooms aren't plentiful, but of good quality and clean. Wi-if is weak, but steady. A big hit with the grandkids is the lake full of water obstacles. Staff is very ready to help with any issue, too!
Davis Lakes is an excellent campground to go get away from the everyday life. We rented out the Eagles Nest with another couple and it was great. The views from the deck were amazing looking over the lakes. The staff is very friendly. This was my second time there and it has always been a great experience. I would recommend Davis Lakes to anyone.
