Woodforest is literally the worst bank i have ever been to, no wonder it's in freaking walmarts. People that work here don't even know what they are doing, let alone being banking professionals. My husband has an account there, i can't even begin to tell you what king of BS they have been feeding us just because they are lazy and they don't want to do anything. One time we tried to take out a large sum of money for emergency, and they told us straight up we can't take out more than 5 grand per day. LIKE WHAT? I can't take out my own money when i needed to???? Then we tried to close the account, and they won't let us! We had to go to their regional headquarter in Greenbrier, and still we can't close the account. This is starting to feel like a real fraud. I am an attorney, even though i'm not specialized in banking law, i'm sure they are doing something illegal here and i'm gonna find out.
